Bo was adopted 3 months ago. However, he returned to the shelter last week. A couple found him on the streets in bad shape. He is very skinny and has two large burn wounds on his head and shoulders. It is so upsetting to see our dear Bo in such a state. The good news is that his spirits seem to be fine and he's SAFE now.
The shelter will follow-up to find out what happened. I will refrain from making any comments on what I think should be done to anyone who hurt him.
